If you haven't received your Social Security Statement this year, don't panic. As per a May 1, 2012 Press Release from Social Security Statements are now available online at my Social Security. The new online Statement provides eligible workers with secure and convenient access to their Social Security earnings and benefit information.

How do I create a my Social Security Online account?
In order to gain access to your personalized online Statement, you must have a valid E-mail address, a Social Security number, a U.S. mailing address, be at least 18 years if age or older and be able to provide information about yourself that matches information already on file with Social Security and an external authentication service provider, Experian. People must provide their identifying information and answer security question in order to pass this verification process. This process protects you and keeps your personal Social Security information private.
